1. Introduction
Welcome to Borealis Boost. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (borealisboost.ie) and the automotive performance services we provide. By accessing our site or booking a service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these legal terms. Our services, including engine tuning, suspension upgrades, and custom ECU remapping, are subject to the specific performance liabilities mentioned herein.
2. Performance Services & Warranties
At Borealis Boost, we specialize in high-performance modifications. Please be aware of the following:
- ECU Remapping: Custom remapping can alter the manufacturer's original safety parameters. Customers acknowledge that such modifications may void original manufacturer warranties.
- Off-Road Use: Certain exhaust systems and performance parts are sold strictly for track or off-road use only. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure vehicle compliance with Irish road laws.
- Component Stress: Performance tuning increases stress on engine components. Borealis Boost is not liable for failures of pre-existing mechanical parts post-modification.
3. Booking and Cancellations
Appointments for tuning or installations require a confirmation. Deposits may be required for high-value performance parts. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment in Dublin. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including software code, performance data charts, and branding for Borealis Boost, is the property of Borealis Boost. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our custom tuning maps is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Borealis Boost shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of modified vehicles. High-performance driving entails risks, and the vehicle owner assumes all responsibility for safety and mechanical upkeep once the vehicle leaves our Merton Road facility.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dublin.
If you have any questions regarding these terms, please contact us at [email protected] or visit us at Merton Road, Dublin, D06.
